  • What was it before — how quickly has it changed?
  • What is the resus status / ceiling of care?

Do now

  • See them now: A–E, treat as you go
  • Sepsis screen
  • Bedside tests: glucose, gas, ECG, bladder scan
  • Escalate with SBAR
  • Set a time to reassess
